Fred, Todd, Mark (flexing), Fred, and Jerry (behind rock) relax around the campfire back in camp near Dos Cabezas after the ride.

Seen from the railroad above our campsite, Fred(?), Mark, Jerry, Fred(?) and Todd(?) relax around the campfire. Our campsite and vehicles are too the right.
Pete and Fred in the wash below our campsite.
Dave gets ready to split a cantaloupe melon. It is the consensus of the camping team that preparing melons in this manner is not advised. (Don't try this at home!)
As Saturday turns to dusk, Pete, Dave, Todd, Jerry, Mark, and Fred (mostly out of view) continue to enjoy the campfire.
As the wind picked up, the sparks flew from the campfire.
Sunday morning, looking south toward our campsite and the railroad grade. Corrizo Gorge is up the grade to the right. Dos Cabezas is to the left about one mile.
Dave, Todd, Fred, and Fred enjoying our camp Sunday morning. Well, maybe not Fred.
Todd, Dave, and Fred at the hill above the wash. Let's see if Fred can make it up the hill without four-wheel drive.
Fred did it! He made it look easy, but it looks like he might have hurt his finger.
Jerry fearlessly drives out from Dos Cabezas.
Rainfall this year broke a four year drought in the Anza-Borrego desert turning this dry desert in a lush, colorful, and verdant landscape.
As we left our camp, even Pete in his Mazda Protege was able to drive out from the campsite.
