Mark, Sue, and I spent 11 days traveling in Baja. We started on
November 2, 2004, crossing the border at Tecate.
This reconaissance trip took us to both the Pacific and Gulf sides of
the peninsula, from the mountains, to a circumnaviagation of the
Vizcaino desert, and to the beaches of Bahia Concepcion. We stayed at a
different camp each night, with a layover day at Playa Coyote on Bahia
Concepcion south of Mulege.
